Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the St Marys Senior Football Club will be held at WaterMarc on Friday 25th October at 6:30pm sharp for the following purposes:

3. Acceptance of the Minutes of the 2012 AGM
4. Correspondence
5. Presentation of Annual Report
6. Election of Office Bearers (All committee positions are declared vacant)
6. i. Nominees for the position of President

6. iii. Nominees for the position of Secretary
6. iv. Nominees for the position of Treasurer
6. v. Nominees for the position of Planning and Administration
6. vi. Nominees for the position of Football Manager

All nomination forms must be received by the Secretary no later than 7 days prior to the AGM. All financial members are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend in their absence to vote on their behalf. An appointed proxy must be a financial member of the St Marys Senior Football Club and must submit the relevant form 24 hours prior to the AGM.
